New Hope Ministries is committed to respecting the privacy of donors. The types of donor information that is collected and maintained is as follows:
- • Contact information including name, address, telephone number and email address
- • Giving information
- • Information on events attended
- • Information provided by the donor in the form of comments and suggestions
New Hope Ministries uses donors’ information to understand their interests in its mission and to update them on the organization’s plans and activities. It is shared with staff, board members, volunteers and consultants only on a “need-to-know” basis.
New Hope Ministries also assures donors that their names and addresses will not be shared with or sold to any third party. Additionally, donors have the right to opt out of mailings and email communication by contacting New Hope Ministries.
Gifts and donations may be restricted by a donor for use in any specific service area, and/or for any approved New Hope Ministries’ purpose or program, and these requests must be honored.
New Hope Ministries honors donors’ requests to remain anonymous and assure that their name, the amount of their gift, or other information will not be publicly released
