We provide housing assistance to low-income families in our service area. Housing assistance can be provided to maintain housing security to avoid eviction, homelessness, and long-term poverty. We provide financial assistance by paying rent and mortgage, and limited overnight hotel stays for eligible households facing economic challenges. We also promote security and quality living by ensuring that families have emergency utility and heating assistance available to them. We can provide electric, water, sewer, gas, and heating fuel assistance for those facing utility disconnect or who cannot meet their heating needs. Our longer-term goal is for families to obtain economic independence.
If you need housing assistance, please call the New Hope Center you live closest to.
