Most often, our food pantries can always use the following staples:

  • • Canned meats
  • • Peanut butter
  • • Personal care items

New Oxford Center needs canned green beans, oatmeal, oil, hot chocolate and laundry detergent.

Hanover Center needs canned cranberry sauce, canned yams and canned veggies.  Toilet paper and shampoo are also in need

Littlestown Center needs diapers, laundry detergent, canned mixed vegetables, boxed pastas, canned carrots and canned potatoes.

Dover Center needs Cranberry Sauce; Canned Yams, Mashed Potatoes, Canned Pumpkin, Pie crusts, Canned vegetables, Pie filling.

Dillsburg Center needs diapers size 4 and up, all personal care items, hot cereals, canned lima beans, canned pears.

Mechanicsburg Center needs bathroom tissue, shampoo/conditioner, bath soap, toothpaste and pasta — but we are all good on spaghetti and elbows! We also can use diapers sizes 4, 5 and 6.


Yes! We accept frozen foods including turkey, hams, meats, etc.

Yes! We accept local grocery store coupons for free turkeys or free hams!

And … we always are in need of empty egg cartons! Please save and drop off at your nearest New Hope Center!

Please drop off any donations to your New Hope Center between 9am and 4pm Monday-Friday. (Littlestown is only open on Wednesday). Thanks!
