NOTICE is hereby given to residents of Adams, Cumberland, and York Counties that New Hope Ministries held a public hearing at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2026, via Zoom to discuss the submission of an application to the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), for a regional Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program. This program supports our homelessness prevention efforts in Adams, Cumberland, and York Counties.

Written comments will be accepted until Friday, July 31, 2026, by 3:00 p.m. and can be submitted to Garret Van Dyke via email at or hand-delivered to any New Hope Ministries service location. Questions may be directed to (717) 432-2087 x1211.
